2025-07-15 U.S. Army Veteran Bajin Mavalwalla was arrested at his home one month after he participated in an anti-ice protest and faced up to six (6) years in prison for alleged conspiracy to impede an ICE officer. During the time of the protest, 93 justice attorneys received a memo demanding they prioritize prosecutions of anti-ICE protesters. Of the attorneys who would not comply for obvious ethical reasons, they were either ousted or forced to resign.

In a press release dated September 22, 2025, the White House listed 32 examples of violence, interchanging “antifa” with “leftists” and “transgender”. The White House did not provide any substantial evidence these examples were carried out by any specific group, nor any merit that antifa is aligned with a sexual orientation or political party. It appears the press release aims to frame left-leaning parties as terrorists, as the policy starts out “President Donald J. Trump is right: the violence problem is on the Left”.

2025-11-20 In a social media post Trump called for the execution of Democratic leaders for what he called “seditious behavior” after veteran military leaders and intelligence officers posted a video telling service members their rights to turn down illegal orders. 2025-12-04 The DOJ under Pam Bondi issued a sweeping domestic terrorism directive. to counter a so-called “Antifa” organization the administration repeatedly failed to prove exists. In my opinion, the directive uses ambiguous language subject to the Trump administration’s own interpretations, gives them permission to go after political opponents, pushes the narrative that anyone who doesn’t agree with Trump’s agenda is a violent domestic terrorist, threatens First Amendment rights, gives way to spy on people, stokes fear in innocent people, and is part of the Trump agenda to silence anyone who doesn’t agree with his dictatorship. Case in point, the Trump administration accused Alex Pretti of terrorism, yet footage proved he did not brandish a weapon and was still executed by ICE agents with 10 shots to the back.
