2022-03-29 Kash Patel published a politically biased children’s book called “The Plot Against The King”, featuring “Hillary’s horrible plot” against Trump, fake heralds, and “Komey’s spying slugs”. The book is a trilogy, in which a wizard named Kash helps King Donald defeat characters like Hillary Queenton and Comma-la-la-la.

2023-10-16 The Daily Wire launched a children’s entertainment streaming service “Bentkey” to provide “non-woke” conservative views to children. An article in Axios quoted Daily Wire’s cofounder Jeremy Boreing as saying that Disney pushes all the worst excesses of the woke left.

2025-08-18 As of mid-2025 teachers in California, Oklahoma and New York have to pass an “America First” test developed by Conservative Alt-Right Prager-U. One article said the test included questions related to false electoral claims of 2020. Oklahoma Superintendent Ryan Walters said the test was intended to ensure teachers from Democrat states weren’t indoctrinating kids. The President of the American Federation of Teachers said about Walters, “If he wants to be MAGA in chief then go be MAGA in chief. But let someone else be educator in chief and focus on other things people deserve, which is reading, literacy and wraparound services - and actual teachers who want to be in Oklahoma”.

2026-02-03 The Trump Administration’s Interior Secretary Doug Burgum introduced a PR campaign for coal mining to appeal to kids by using the cartoon mascot “Coalie”. Burgum posted another cartoon image of himself with Coalie, headlined “Mine, Baby, Mine!”.

2026-03-16 US District Judge Timothy Brooks ruled that an Arkansas law requiring the Ten Commandments be placed in schools violates both the Establishment Clause and the Free Exercise Clause of the Constitution. Judge Brooks wrote, “Act 573’s purpose is only to display a sacred religious text in a prominent place in every public school classroom, and the only reason to display a sacred religious text in every classroom is to proselytize to children”.
Proselytize: to induce someone to convert to a different faith, religion, or cause. This practice is often considered distinct from, and more aggressive than, evangelism, which is generally viewed as sharing faith without pressure.
FYI: Basic values of human decency can also be found in the non-denominational core “Golden Rules” taught in schools. If teaching core values required religious preference (which it shouldn’t), then educational systems would also consider the “Five Precepts” of Buddhism, the “Yamas” and “Niyamas” of Hinduism, and an array of other ethical concepts found in the multitude of religions practiced worldwide.
