2024-06-28 The Supreme Court threw out all charges on insurrectionist Joseph Fischer.

2025 January
2025-01-20 During the first day of Trump’s second term, he granted a blanket pardon to nearly 1600 J6 insurrectionists. Multiple members he pardoned were involved in sexual criminal cases, some of which involved children. Not only did he put them back out on the streets, but many of them were also repeat offenders once released.
There’s video of the oversight committee hearing September 18 2025 where Representative Crocket listed some of the violent offenders and gory details of what they did when they assaulted their victims, but I don’t want to say those things out loud here because they are terrible, so I will provide you with a link below and you can watch for yourself.

2025-08-07 Jared Wise was hired on as a senior advisor to the Department of Justice, despite being at the J6 riots and caught on camera saying “Kill ‘em all”.

2025-09-18 During an oversight committee hearing, Representative Jasmine Crockett shed light on the extremely violent and disturbing sexual-assault offenses of multiple J6 members who were put back onto our streets by the Trump administration. Many of those sexual criminal cases involved children.
2025-09-25 Casey Goonan, who set off a series of Molotov cocktails during a protest on Gaza was sentenced to 20 years in prison and labeled a domestic terrorist. For context, the White House passed a very vague memorandum NSPM-7 which allows them to label any outliers or non-Trump supporters as domestic terrorists. By contrast, Trump pardoned J6er David Dempsey who pepper sprayed and beat multiple officers during the J6 riot.

2025-11-08 High profile J6-er John Banuelos was arrested on sexual assault and kidnapping charges. Trump pardoned this person.
2026 January
2026-01-17 Far right activist and pardoned J6er Jake Lang was chased off by protestors when he tried to hold an anti-Islam protest in Minneapolis.
2026 February
2026-02-05 Jake Lang was arrested in Minneapolis after destroying a sculpture the local Veteran-ran Common Defense organization bought permits to display. One of the Veterans commented, “As a United States Marine, I swore an oath to the Constitution, not a political party; not an agency, the Constitution”. Another Veteran commented, “I gave eight years of my life in service to this country in the military. For a January 6 insurrectionist to destroy our display is an attack on the First Amendment veterans like me fought to defend”.
