2025-04-30 The White House peddled an altered image of the alpha-numeric “M-S-1-3” across Abrego Garcia’s hand and claimed it was a tattoo. Trump insisted during an interview that the image was authentic.
2025-05-04 During a Meet the Press interview, Trump did not deny the Abrego Garcia arrest was an administrative error but said that the president of El Salvador would have to decide if Garcia could come back to the US or not.
2025-08-25 DHS detained Kilmar Abrego Garcia and reportedly offered the ultimatum deportation to Costa Rica if he pleaded guilty or Uganda if he refused.
